Privacy Policy

CW Mobile Services operates this website and provides industrial scrap recycling, logistics, and surplus buying services on the Gulf Coast from Gulfport, Mississippi, USA. We work with Veterans Metal Recycling as a partner yard. You can reach us at 228-265-7058 or cody@veteransmetalrecycling.com.

We only collect what this site actually asks for or generates:

• Quote request details you submit: name, email address, and optionally phone, company, pickup or drop-off location, and notes, plus the material, estimated quantity, unit, and service type for your load.
• Marketing contact preferences: whether you checked the optional boxes to receive marketing email or text messages. These boxes are unchecked by default and are never required to submit a quote request.
• Service-area lookups: the address, city, or ZIP code you enter in the coverage tool, the location Google Maps resolves it to (formatted address, city, state, ZIP, approximate coordinates), the calculated distance from our Gulfport hub, and the resulting coverage tier.
• Optional usage analytics, only if you allow analytics cookies: map marker and coverage-ring interactions, coverage call-to-action clicks, and photo gallery or lightbox activity with the time spent viewing a photo.
• Technical and security data generated automatically by our hosting and database providers, such as request logs and error reports, and a one-way hashed form of your IP address used to rate-limit abusive form submissions.

We do not ask for Social Security numbers, government ID numbers, bank or payment card details, health information, or other sensitive categories through this website. Please do not send those to us through the quote form or by email.

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

• To price your load, answer your request, and schedule pickup or drop-off.
• To tell you whether your location falls in our core or extended service area.
• To keep records of quote requests and service-area demand so we can plan routes and coverage.
• To send marketing email or text messages, only if you opted in, and only until you opt out.
• To operate, secure, debug, and improve the website, including rate-limiting abusive submissions.
• To comply with applicable law and to establish or defend legal claims.

Optional usage analytics are collected only after you consent through our cookie banner or preference manager.

We use a small number of service providers to run this site. They handle information on our instructions:

• Website hosting and database — our hosting platform stores form submissions, coverage lookups, and analytics events, and keeps operational logs.
• Google Maps Platform — powers the interactive service-area map and the address autocomplete. When the map or autocomplete loads, your browser contacts Google directly and Google receives your IP address and the search text you type, subject to Google's own privacy policy.
• Email delivery — a transactional email provider sends your quote confirmation and notifies our dispatch inbox.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to enforce our Terms of Use, or in connection with a sale or reorganization of the business. This site does not run advertising tags or cross-site advertising trackers, and we do not operate an advertising exchange.

Quote requests are retained for as long as needed to serve the customer relationship and to meet our record-keeping and legal obligations. Coverage lookups and usage analytics are retained in aggregate-usable form for route and coverage planning. You can ask us to delete your records using the contact details below, and we will honor the request unless we are required to keep the information.

• Cookies and analytics: use the Cookie Settings link in the footer to accept or reject non-essential analytics at any time.
• Global Privacy Control: if your browser sends a GPC signal, we treat it as an opt-out of non-essential analytics automatically.
• Marketing: reply STOP to any marketing text or use the unsubscribe instructions in any marketing email. Transactional messages about a quote you requested are not marketing.
• Access, correction, deletion: contact us and we will respond to your request. Depending on where you live, you may have rights under state privacy laws to know, delete, correct, or opt out of certain processing, and to not be discriminated against for exercising them.

We validate and sanitize form input on both the browser and the server, rate-limit submissions, restrict database access with row-level security policies, and serve the site over HTTPS. No website or transmission method is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

If we change this policy we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
