Cookie Policy
EFFECTIVE AUGUST 21, 2026
This page lists the browser storage and third-party services this site uses, and how to change your choices.
Strictly necessary (always on)
- cw:consent — local storage. Records your cookie choice and the policy version it was made against, so we do not re-ask on every visit.
- cw:coverage:v1 — session storage. Remembers your coverage lookup result so the banner and quote form can be prefilled. Cleared when you close the tab or press Clear.
- Request-level protections used when you submit the quote form, including a hidden honeypot field and server-side rate limiting.
These are required for the site to function. The quote form works normally with all optional analytics switched off.
Optional usage analytics
Only active if you accept analytics. These are first-party events written to our own database, not an advertising or cross-site tracking network:
- Map events: marker clicks, coverage-ring zooms, hub clicks, and when a coverage result is shown.
- Coverage call-to-action clicks and the tier they came from.
- Photo gallery events: photo opens, lightbox next/previous, filter changes, and time spent on a photo.
Third-party services
- Google Maps Platform — loaded to render the service-area map and the address autocomplete. Google may set its own cookies or local storage and receives your IP address and the text you type into the address box. If you would rather not load Google Maps, use the text-based service-area list shown when the map is unavailable, or call dispatch at 228-265-7058.
- Hosting and database — our platform keeps operational and security logs for the site.
There are no advertising tags, no Google Analytics or gtag tags, and no social media pixels on this site. If that ever changes, this page and the preference manager will be updated first.
Global Privacy Control
If your browser or extension sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we automatically treat it as an opt-out of non-essential analytics, without you having to interact with the banner.
Changing your choice
Open the preference manager at any time. Your choice is stored with a version number; if we add a new category, we will ask again.
You can also clear cookies and site data in your browser settings, which resets your choice.
