Accessibility Statement
EFFECTIVE AUGUST 21, 2026
We want every customer on the Gulf Coast to be able to get a quote from us, however they use the web. This statement describes what we aim for, what we have done, and what to do if something does not work for you.
Our target
We are working in good faith toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. We have not completed a third-party audit, so we do not claim full conformance or certification. Accessibility work on this site is ongoing.
What we have implemented
- A skip-to-content link and consistent header, navigation, main, and footer landmarks on every page.
- A single descriptive page heading with a logical heading order beneath it.
- Keyboard operation for the navigation, service-area map controls, coverage shortcuts, cookie preference manager, photo gallery, and lightbox, including focus trapping in dialogs and Escape to close.
- Visible focus indicators on interactive controls.
- Text labels tied to every form field, error messages announced to assistive technology, and errors described in text rather than color alone.
- Descriptive alternative text on photographs, and decorative imagery marked so screen readers skip it.
- A text-based service-area list with tap-to-call and quote links for anyone who cannot use the interactive map.
- Reduced-motion support: animation and smooth scrolling are minimized when your system requests reduced motion.
- Layout that reflows and remains usable at 200% zoom and on small screens, with large touch targets on mobile map controls.
Known limitations
- The interactive service-area map is provided by Google Maps Platform. We do not control its internal accessibility, so we provide the text-based service-area list as an equivalent alternative.
- Photographs of yard and field work are described in text, but detailed visual context in some images may not be fully conveyed.
- We have not yet completed an independent accessibility audit or assistive-technology test matrix.
Video and media
This site currently does not publish video or audio content. If we add any, we will provide captions and a text alternative alongside it, and we will not auto-play media with sound.
Feedback and alternate access
If any part of this site is a barrier for you — or if you would simply rather handle it by voice — contact us and we will take your quote request, describe our coverage area, and give you pricing information directly. Tell us the page and what happened, and we will work with you on an alternative.
